Chao! Who’s up for a little adventure? You? Yes? Well then…
Join me as I eat my way through the street food of Vietnam over the next 3 weeks, navigate the stunning Sa Pa mountains and rice paddies with the Hmong people, cruise the islands of Halong Bay, take cooking and food writing classes and entrust my life to the locals as I attempt to cross the road Vietnamese style, traverse the Mekong and whizz around the streets of Ho Chi Minh City on the back of a motorbike.
Next, I’ll be landing in Cambodia to immerse myself amongst the temples of Angkor Wat, stopping off in Battambang and having some adventures on the way down to Phnom Penh. Will I eat deep fried tarantula…yes..quite possibly..
Follow me here on instagram to find out…..
Happy Travels!
