My wife made your beautiful berry x-mas pavlova for all the family christmas day, we had streaks of anticipation when it hit the table and weren’t disappointed, due to the temperature in QLD the pavlova had a hollow centre that i thought would have been great to fill with cream …. Thanks so much for an exceptional reciepe … PS we are just about to head to Margaret River over the Easter Break and will take on some of your suggestions… Brad ….
